Meet the MACC Team
Charlotte Keim - CCEO-AP, President & CEO

With work experience in various economic sectors, such as banking, social services, non-profit management, and small business development, Charlotte Keim's background enables her to understand the needs of the diverse chamber members. After nearly 15 years with the international division of a major New York City bank, she returned to the Midwest, living in Pittsburgh and Cleveland before coming home to Marietta. Her other work experience includes Operations Director for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Ohio and Kentucky, and management positions with Bellefaire JCB and Business Advisors of Cleveland.
She attended Marietta College, obtained her BA from Dowling College on Long Island, and her Executive Masters In Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. Charlotte is a director of ReStore Marietta, serves on the Pioneering Healthier Communities Initiative, the Teen Career Awareness Program, the Economic Development Council, and is a member of the Economic Roundtable. In 2012 she served as the Chairwoman of the Board for CCEO (Chamber of Commerce Executive of Ohio), the state-wide professional organization for chamber executives and professionals. In 2010, she was awarded the CCEO-Accredited Professional designation, recognizing her experience, achievements and expertise in chamber management and leadership. In 2011, she was recognized as the CCEO Professional of the Year for 2010.
Charlotte is active in the Rotary Club of Marietta, having served as 2007-2008 club president. She has received Rotary’s Kelly Elmore “Service Above Self” and has been named Rotarian of the Year. She and her husband, Peter, live in Marietta.
Carrie Ankrom - Marketing and Events Coordinator, and MOVSC Co-Manager

A graduate of Washington State Community College, Carrie is also a Certified Meeting Professional. Carrie worked for DECA, International in Virginia prior to returning home to the Mid-Ohio Valley. With her background in event planning, Carrie brings strong organizational skills to the Chamber. Carrie is responsible for the Chamber's newsletter and other public relations materials, including the website.
In her spare time, Carrie enjoys photography and spending time with husband, Josh, and her delightful sons, Brady and Luke.
Candi Heiss - Accountant and MOVSC Co-Manager

Candi provides bookkeeping and accounting services to the Chamber through her company, Better Bookkeeping Solutions and Mid Ohio Valley Safety Co Manager. Although not a Chamber employee, Candi is an integral part of the team supporting our Chamber members. She is active in the Mid-Ohio Valley Safety Council and can be found at our Business After Hours greeting guests and helping with registration.

Cody M. Frye - Member Services

Cody is a 2012 graduate of Marietta College holding a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Management & Political Science minor, and 3.49 GPA. He is a member of Tau Pi Phi, National Honor Society for Accounting, Business and Economics and Pi Sigma Alpha, National Honor Society for Political Science.
Cody worked for two years with the Ohio Small Business Development Center of Marietta, where he discovered he prefers people over numbers. He enjoyed working with the SBDC clients and decided he wanted to find a job that would enable him to interact with and help area businesses excel. Cody also worked as a dispatcher for the MC Police Department, a tax preparer for Jackson Hewitt in their Wal-Mart kiosk and at age 16 was promoted to night manager of IGA, a local grocery store.
On a more personal note he lives “out back of Dart” which is near New Matamoras. He also works on his grandmother’s farm. All in all, Cody is a young man who has worked since he was a teen, he wants to stay in the area, he has an engaging personality, and he is super excited about this opportunity.
Crystal Thomas, Office Manager

Crystal is currently living in Marietta in with her husband, Richard, and their two beautiful girls, Zoey and Maddalyn. She enjoys having picnics in the park with her girls.
Crystal brings a fresh perceptive to the chamber. She is enriched with experience in delivery customer service. Crystal is our voice for those who call us and the smile you see when you walk in the door.
Charlotte Kuehn, RSVP Volunteer

Charlotte was born and raised in Marietta then moved to Columbus where she spent her work career with Nationwide Insurance in their Human Resources Department. During this time, she attended Franklin University and also began her lifelong avocation volunteering primarily with the elderly.
When she retired, she returned to Marietta, and has continued in many volunteer positions. In addition to the Chamber of Commerce, she is a volunteer for State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Habitat for Humanity, Marietta Memorial Hospital, Toy and Doll Museum volunteer, and a member of the Women's Council at the Betsey Mills Club.
